The Board of Directors as well as the administration and staff of the South Bend Medical Foundation would like to recognize the long-term leadership of Dr. Samuel Milligan who, as a nephrologist, has practiced in the Michiana community throughout his distinguished career. Dr. Milligan steps down as the chairman of the South Bend Medical Foundation after 4 years, and a period of significant transition for the organization. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank him for his service to our community.
