Dr. Robert Tomec
Dr. Robert Tomec is a graduate of the School of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University, completed a residency at University Hospital in Cleveland and a fellowship in Clinical Pathology at the University Hospital of California in San Diego. He is Medical Director of the Foundation's Main Laboratory as well as Co-Director of the departments of Chemistry and Hematology. He also serves as Medical Director of the Saint Vincent's Heart Center Hospital Laboratory and Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Hospital Laboratory in Indianapolis. He served as Executive Vice President of the South Bend Medical Foundation since 1992, Staff Pathologist since 1980 and assumed the duties of President in July of 2007.
