Upright: Specimen should be obtained before noon (after at least two hours in upright position; seated or standing)
Routine venipuncture
Do not collect in refrigerated tubes - Spec Process:
Promptly centrifuge 15 minutes
Immediately transfer plasma to separate plastic tube and freeze - Spec Store Transport:
