After separation from cells:
12 hours room temperature (20-30°C)
4 days refrigerated (2-8°C)
1 month frozen (-20°C) – Do not use frost-free units that undergo repeated freeze/thaw cycles - Methodology:
Liquid Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) - Reference Range:
Therapeutic Range: Not well established
Interpretive Data:
No therapeutic range exists for sertraline. Dosing should begin at 50 mg/d, not to exceed 200 mg/d. Dosing above 200 mg/d is associated with increased adverse effects and decreased efficacy. Dosing of 50-200 mg/d gives serum values ranging from 30-200 ng/mL. - Day Run:
Tue, Fri - Time Reported:
2-6 days - Test Type:
TOX-TDM
